Usha R Sharma, born on 24 March 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Punjab cadre. She holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Finance Commissioner, Secretary, Special Secretary, Director, Deputy Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Additional Secretary, and Joint Chief Electoral Officer. Her most recent position was Secretary in the Agriculture Department from 28 April 2010 to 31 March 2012. Throughout her career, she contributed to the administration of Punjab state before retiring from service.
