Usha Padhee, born on June 1, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Odisha cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Public Administration. Currently, she serves as the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) in the Urban Development and Urban Housing Department of Odisha since February 3, 2026. Her previous roles include serving as Principal Secretary. Fluent in English and Kannada, Usha Padhee continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Odisha.
