Usha Komal, born on 26 September 1930, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree in Economics, a graduate degree in Economics, and a Certificate in French. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Joint Secretary. Her most recent position was Additional Director in the Social Justice and Empowerment Department from 1 October 1986 to 1 September 1988. Usha Komal’s extensive service reflects her commitment to administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
