Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Project Manager, Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer, Principal Secretary, Project Director, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Municipal Commissioner, Additional Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Additional Secretary at Maharashtra. Mr. Madan’s extensive service reflects a broad range of administrative experience across multiple levels of government.
