Urmila Surendra Shukla, born on 25 February 1966, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds an LL.B. and an M.A. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Director, OSD-Cum-Commissioner-Cum-Director, and Ex-Officio Additional Secretary. Most recently, she was the Ex-officio Secretary of the Culture Department from 1 January 2024 to 28 February 2026. Her extensive experience in administrative roles reflects her commitment to public service within the Madhya Pradesh cadre.
