Upendra Prasad, born on March 16, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and is currently the Additional Secretary at Bihar's Labour Resources Department, a position he has held since December 14, 2025. Throughout his career, he has also served as an Additional Secretary and Settlement Officer. Upendra Prasad continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
