Upendra Prasad, born on March 16, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and is currently serving as the Additional Secretary in the Labour Resources Department of Bihar since December 14, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held positions including Additional Secretary and Settlement Officer. Upendra Prasad continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Bihar.
