Unice Rishin Ismail, born on 23 May 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Electronics and Communication from Cochin University of Science and Technology. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate of Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, a position he has held since 27 October 2025. His previous roles include Special Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, Executive Magistrate, Officer on Special Duty, and Assistant Secretary. He is proficient in English and Bengali and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
