Umesh Narain Pandey, born on March 1, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree and is currently the Additional Secretary in the Industries Department of Uttarakhand, a position he has held since January 17, 2026. Prior to this, he also served as Additional Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
