Umesh Narain Pandey, born on March 1, 1967, is a male Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree and is currently the Additional Secretary in the Industries Department of Uttarakhand, a position he has held since January 17, 2026. Throughout his career, he has served multiple terms as Additional Secretary. He remains in active service within the IAS.
