Umesh Mishra, born on 15 March 1972, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. and an LL.B degree. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate and Collector at Muzaffar Nagar, a position he assumed on 14 September 2024. Mr. Mishra continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
