Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Resident Commissioner, Secretary, Special Officer, Managing Director, Agricultural Marketing Adviser, Director, Private Secretary, Commissioner, Special Secretary, District Collector, Sub Collector, and Assistant Collector.
