Umesh Kumar Mittal, born on July 1, 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. Additionally, he was the Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Mr. Mittal is a graduate and has had a distinguished career in the Indian Administrative Service.
