Umesh Chandra Tiwari, born on 12 February 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served as District Collector and Magistrate at Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, from 8 June 2007 to 28 February 2009. Throughout his career, he held positions including District Collector and Magistrate as well as Special Secretary.
