Umakanta Tripathy, born on 25 September 1964, is a 2009 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Odisha cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree and is currently serving as the Additional Secretary in the Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department at Bhubaneswar since 9 August 2021. Mr. Tripathy continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Odisha through his role in this department.
