Umadhar Dwivedi, born on January 15, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Director, Special Secretary, Estate Officer, and Director General. His most recent role was Divisional Commissioner at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, from November 14, 2007, to January 31, 2010. He also held the position of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. His extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Uttar Pradesh government.
