Ujjwal Kumar Singh, born on January 5, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. in Economics and an LL.B./B.L. degree. Currently, he serves as the Director at the Animal Husbandry Department, Bihar, a position he has held since August 5, 2025. Prior to this role, he was appointed as Special Secretary. Mr. Singh continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Bihar.
