Ujjwal Kumar, born on 24 May 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.V.Sc. & A.H. from Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati, and an M.V.Sc. in Dairy Science from Madras Veterinary College. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of the UP Medical Supply Corporation in Lucknow, a position he assumed on 21 April 2025. Proficient in English and Hindi, Ujjwal Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
