Principal Secretary, Printing and Stationery Department
Ujagar Singh, born on 10 February 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Kerala cadre. He held various positions including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, Director, Commissioner, Secretary, and District Planning Officer. His most recent role was Principal Secretary of the Printing and Stationery Department from 16 December 2006 to 1 February 2007. He holds an M.B.A. in Executive Development, a graduate degree in English, and a postgraduate degree in Public Administration. Throughout his career, Singh served in multiple administrative capacities within the Kerala cadre before retiring from service.
