Udita Singh, born on 12 April 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 Bihar cadre. She holds a B.E.E and B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Collector and District Magistrate of Nalanda, Bihar, a position she has held since 18 June 2026. Her previous roles include Collector and DM, Joint Secretary, Deputy Development Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Assistant Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. Udita Singh was honored with the Good Governance Award on Civil Service Day. She is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
