Udayan Mishra, born on 25 July 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, belonging to the Bihar cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in History. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Department of Tourism, Bihar, a position he has held since 12 December 2024. Prior to this role, he served as Director. Mr. Mishra continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Bihar through his ongoing service in the IAS.
