Uday Sankar Nandy, born on January 1, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Director, and multiple terms as Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Milk Commissioner in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department from January 1, 2011, to December 31, 2012. A graduate by education, Mr. Nandy dedicated his career to public service within the Indian Administrative Service before retiring.
