Additional Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department
Uday Kumar Singh, born on 13 August 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 Bihar cadre. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Bihar University. During his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Director, Joint Secretary, Sugarcane Commissioner, and Additional Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, a role he assumed on 20 September 2019.
