Uday Chandra Sen, born on October 11, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree and served in various capacities, including Additional District Magistrate, Project Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Commerce and Industry Department from December 14, 2005, to October 31, 2006. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administration within his cadre and department until his retirement.
