Tushar Singla, born on June 3, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and an M.A. in Public Management. Currently, he is the Director at the Fisheries Department, Bihar, a position he has held since December 14, 2025. Previously, he served as Collector and District Magistrate. Mr. Singla continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Bihar through his current role.
