Tushar Singla, born on June 3, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and an M.A. in Public Management. Currently, he serves as the Director at the Fisheries Department, Bihar, a position he has held since December 14, 2025. Throughout his career, Singla has held various roles including Officer on Special Duty, Assistant Secretary, and Collector & District Magistrate. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Bihar.
