Tushar Kanta Mohanty, born on January 22, 1965, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds an M.A. in Political Science. During his service, he held the position of Secretary at Cuttack from November 30, 2022. He also served as Revenue Divisional Commissioner. His career in the IAS was marked by various administrative roles within the Odisha cadre until his retirement.
