Tushar Dalpatbhai Sumera, born on November 13, 1982, is a 2012 batch IAS officer of the Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.A., B.Ed., and M.A. in English Literature from Saurashtra University. Currently, he serves as the Municipal Commissioner at Rajkot Municipal Corporation since December 4, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Collector, Municipal Commissioner, District Development Officer, and Assistant Collector. Fluent in English and Gujarati, Sumera continues to contribute to public administration within the Gujarat cadre.
