Tushar Anand, born on 13 October 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. Currently, he serves as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Nyoma) in the UT of Ladakh, a position he assumed on 2 September 2024. Mr. Anand continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
