Tulsi Gaur, born on April 7, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Commerce, a postgraduate degree in Commerce, and a Diploma in Management. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Director, Managing Director, Private Secretary, Additional Director, District Magistrate, Project Administrator, Joint Secretary, General Manager, Executive Magistrate, and District Collector. His most recent position was Secretary in the Programme Implementation - Evaluation and Monitoring Department from October 11, 2006, to April 30, 2012.
