Special Secretary and Financial Adviser, Road Transport and Highways Department
Tuk Tuk Kumar, a 1981 batch IAS officer of the West Bengal cadre, served in the Indian Administrative Service until her retirement. Born on August 6, 1955, she held the position of Special Secretary and Financial Adviser in the Road Transport and Highways Department from October 16, 2014, to August 31, 2015. Her extensive career included roles such as Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Adviser. Dr. Kumar holds an M.Phil. and P.G. degree in History, and a Ph.D. in Ancient Indian History, all from the University of Delhi.
