Tuhin Kanta Pandey, born on July 8, 1965, is a 1987 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.A. Honours in English and an M.A. in Economics from Punjab University Chandigarh, and an M.B.A. in Management from the University of Birmingham. Currently serving as Chairman since March 1, 2025, Pandey has held various positions including Finance Secretary, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Commissioner, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Private Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, Executive Director, and Sub Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Oriya, and Punjabi.
