Tshewang Gyachho Bhutia, born on December 1, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Sikkim cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Food Technology. Currently, he is the Secretary of the Department of Higher Education and Technical and Medical Education, a position he assumed on June 17, 2024. Mr. Bhutia has previously held the role of Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
