Trilochan Majhi, born on August 15, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Economics. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary to the Government at Odisha, Bhubaneswar, a position he has held since January 24, 2023. He works within the Revenue and Disaster Management Department of the Government of Odisha. Mr. Majhi continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
