Tovili Sema, born on April 25, 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, Nagaland cadre. She held various positions in the Department of Labour and Employment, including Deputy Secretary, Secretary, and most recently served as Secretary from June 22, 2006, to April 30, 2007. A graduate by education, Ms. Sema dedicated her career to public service within her cadre until her retirement.
