Torul S Raveesh, born on 19 April 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, allocated to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. Currently, she serves as the Managing Director of the H.P. State Industrial Development Corporation (HPSIDC) since 18 February 2026. Prior to this role, she has held the position of Deputy Commissioner. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
