Tom Jos, born on 30 May 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Kerala cadre. He holds a Graduate degree in Commerce and an MBA in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Assistant Collector, Sub-Divisional Officer, Commissioner, General Manager, Managing Director, Director, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, Counsellor, Secretary, Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, and Special Officer. His most recent position was Chief Secretary to the Government in the Department of Labour and Employment from 27 June 2018 to 31 May 2020.
