Thummala Vikram, born on October 8, 1971, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science. His service in the IAS began with a training period from September 20, 1999, to September 20, 2001. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities within the Uttar Pradesh cadre. Mr. Vikram has since retired from active service.
