Thulasi Maddineni, born on June 11, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 Karnataka cadre. She holds a B.Com. from Nagarjune University and is a Chartered Accountant certified by ICAI New Delhi. Currently serving as Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, Karnataka since March 15, 2024, she has held various positions including Deputy Director Secretary Equivalent, Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, Assistant Collector, and Secretary to Government. Fluent in English and Hindi, Thulasi Maddineni continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative reforms.
