Thokchom Kirankumar, born on January 4, 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, serving in the Manipur-Tripura cadre. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Gandhian Studies. Currently, he is the Deputy Commissioner at Manipur, a position he has held since November 25, 2021. He is associated with the West Imphal department. Thokchom Kirankumar continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
