Thiyagarajan S M, born on 20 December 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine from Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate at Patna, Bihar, a position he has held since 2 June 2025. His previous roles include District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Director General, and Collector and DM. Thiyagarajan is proficient in English, Tamil, and Hindi. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
