Thiru D. Ravichandran, born on 15 June 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He is currently serving as the Managing Director at the Tamil Nadu Watershed Development Agency since 24 June 2025. Prior to this role, he has held the position of Collector. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
