Tenzin Semkyi Ogen, born on 12 February 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, allocated to the West Bengal cadre. She holds a B.A. in Economics Honours from Miranda House, University of Delhi. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Science and Technology Department of West Bengal since 8 March 2026. Prior to this, she held the position of Sub Divisional Officer. Ms. Ogen is actively serving in the Indian Administrative Service.
