Tenzin Semkyi Ogen, born on 12 February 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, allocated to the West Bengal cadre. She holds a B.A. in Economics Honours from Miranda House, University of Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Project Director at Bankura in the District Rural Development Cell since 30 March 2026. Her previous roles include Joint Secretary and Sub Divisional Officer. Tenzin Semkyi Ogen continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to rural development initiatives in West Bengal.
