Tenzin Nima Bindhyeshwari, born on 28 May 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Bihar cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree in English Literature. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Divisional Commissioner, Director, Managing Director, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Joint Secretary. Her most recent position was Joint Secretary from 15 September 2016 to 30 January 2017. She also served as Under Secretary and held roles on inter-cadre deputation. Her extensive administrative experience spans multiple senior roles within the Indian Administrative Service.
