Tejaswini Behera, born on 17 February 1998, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2023 batch, allocated to the Odisha cadre. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and is a graduate. Currently, she serves as the Sub-Collector at Sundargarh, Odisha, a position she has held since 22 July 2025. Tejaswini Behera continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
