Tej Partap Singh Phoolka, born on May 4, 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds an LL.B. and an M.B.A. Currently serving as the Labour Commissioner in the Department of Labour and Employment since August 11, 2022, he has previously held positions including Under Secretary and Junior Scale. Mr. Phoolka continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Punjab through his dedicated service.
