Tej Pal Singh, born on July 10, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and has served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, Special Secretary, Regional Food Controller, and Vice Chairman. His most recent position was Vice Chairman of the Urban Development Department, from July 19, 2000, to July 31, 2001. Throughout his career, he contributed to multiple administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh cadre before retiring from service.
