Tej Narayan L Das, born on December 1, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Additional Secretary, Secretary, and District Collector and Magistrate. His most recent position was District Collector and Magistrate from December 1, 2000, to January 31, 2002. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar before retiring from service.
