Teeka Ram Meena, born on March 1, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Kerala cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science and a graduate degree in Social Sciences. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Officer on Special Duty, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Additional Collector. His most recent position was Principal Secretary to the Government in the Agriculture Production Department, commencing on May 26, 2017.
