Tca Rangadurai, born on 12 August 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1966 Gujarat cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Social Planning and Economics, along with a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, Commissioner, Additional Chief Secretary, and Secretary at Gujarat from December 2000 to August 2001. He also held leadership roles such as CEO, Vice Chairman & MD, and was associated with the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC). His extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within Gujarat.
