Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary, Vice Chairman, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary to Government, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, Director, Special Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Resident Commissioner, and Assistant Commissioner (UT). He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
