Tapan Kanti Rudra, born on September 5, 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Director, Additional Secretary, and most recently as Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department from January 1, 2021, to September 5, 2023. Throughout his career, Rudra contributed to the administrative functions of his cadre until his retirement.
