Tapan Kanti Ganguli, born on June 19, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in the Transport Department, holding the position of Secretary from January 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019. Prior to this, he held the roles of Additional Secretary and Joint Secretary. Throughout his career, Ganguli contributed to various administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
